Atesen Software ("we") runs Billtwin. This policy explains what personal data we handle.
Invoice exports
Processed only in your browser. We never receive them.
Connected HubSpot or Xero accounts
If you connect HubSpot or Xero, we read your invoices (number, customer or company name, dates, amounts, currency and status) only while you load them and pass them to your browser; we do not store them. We store an encrypted refresh token and the account or organisation id it belongs to, until you disconnect or for at most 90 days without use. See Security and data.
Purchases
Paddle.com is the merchant of record and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive the transaction and subscription identifiers and status so we can switch on Pro.
Pilot requests and support
When you send the pilot form or email us, we keep your message, email address and company name to answer you and run the pilot. Ask us to delete them at any time.
Cookies and storage
No advertising cookies. Cloudflare counts page views without cookies. When you open checkout, Paddle loads its own scripts under the Paddle privacy policy. Your browser keeps your Pro licence key in local storage on this site. If you connect HubSpot or Xero, two strictly necessary cookies are set: one for 10 minutes while you approve access, and one random link id (90 days) that points to your encrypted connection.
